Starting his career in the British Army, Alex spent seven years jumping out of military planes and touring Bosnia and Iraq on active duty. Then alongside Gareth he started the UK’s first daily deal business, which they later sold to the world’s largest comparison website, Moneysupermarket.com. Since then Alex has worked in the payment, newspaper, and SEO industries. Ever efficient and with a keen eye for detail and a love of product and ops, Alex is the get stuff done man.
Eddie joined Reward Cloud in early 2017, bringing with him a wealth of Product Management experience, as well as an extensive knowledge of the gift card industry. Eddie loves all things 'Product', and is never happier than when he's getting stuck into defining products that will help our clients become more successful in the future.
Joe joined Reward Cloud in the summer of 2017, with a technical background in development gained from previous roles within the e-learning and travel industries. With a passion for software integration projects, Joe enjoys being heavily involved in creating, maintaining and extending the connections between our systems and software components, ensuring they can communicate together and harness their abilities to become something greater than the sum of their parts.
Joining us in 2016, Dimitrios came with over 11 years of experience in software development, user interface design and a background in illustration... not to mention a couple of degrees and a stint in the Hellenic Armed Forces. Safe to say he likes to keeps himself versatile! Always creative, Dimitros is also a stickler for implementation and is relentless when coding solutions, ensuring they're safeguarded against all eventualities.
Gareth is our northern powerhouse who, along with Alex, masterminded, built and continues to grow the Reward Cloud business. He mainly focuses his energies on the commercial aspects of the business; dealing with brands and our API connected partners. A recent inductee to the UKGCVA Executive committee, he continues to be a formidable force within the gift card industry.
Martyn joined Reward Cloud in 2016, bringing 12 years of experience developing software and services in the Prepaid and Travel Money industries. As CTO, he is responsible for the software development and infrastructure at Reward Cloud, from onboarding new partners, processors and brands, to building new features/services. Martyn is focussed on delivering a secure and robust platform that our customers can rely on, and enjoying using.
At Reward Cloud, Jack mostly works on the front end development of our product, he also work with the team developing and implementing new features. Jack has a background in experience design and product development in the consumer electronics industry. This has trained his eye for detail and the ability to spot a problem before it rears its ugly head.
Jake joined in the middle of 2017 as an intern whilst on his placement year at Brighton University studying Digital Media Development (BSc). With a years experience at Reward Cloud he has since stayed on part-time while completing his final year at University. Since joining us, Jake has fast become a versatile engineer within the Reward Cloud team.
Chris was thrown in the deep end when he joined Reward Cloud in November 2017 with Black Friday just days away! With over 20 years in the finance sector Chris has worked in a range of industries from Travel, Insurance and Financial Services. He has extensive experience in the accounting functions from Treasury Management, Budgets & Costs and Financial Accounting. Chris is responsible for the financial relationships between Partners and Brands making sure they are paid in a timely manner. He is very methodical and enjoys complex reconciliations.
Kal works as part of the Reward Cloud Finance team dealing with invoices and payments and answering queries from our Brands and Partners. He has an MA in Finance and Economics and his experience ranges from financial analysis to international procurement and project management in the UK and Middle East.
